Amendment No. 5 was offered by Representative Gruenberg: Page 12, following line 14: Insert new material to read: "It is the intent of the legislature that the Municipality of Anchorage and the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities work with the public, including both the community and U-Med organizations, and consider their input and desires on the design, construction, and mitigation elements of the project." Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 5 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 5 was adopted. Amendment No. 6 was offered by Representative Stoltze: Page 122, following line 4: Insert a new subsection to read: "(d) The sum of $19,100,000 is appropriated from receipts of the Alaska Housing Capital Corporation created under AS 18.56.086 to the Alaska Railroad Corporation for the positive train control project." Page 149, line 20: Delete "26" Insert "26(a), 26(b), 26(c)" Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 6 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 6 was adopted.
