SB 86                                                                                                                         
Representative Johnson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                            
SB 86 (page 997).                                                                                                               
Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
reconsideration of SB 86 be taken up on the same day.  There being no                                                           
objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                                   
The following was before the House in third reading:                                                                            
    SENATE BILL NO. 86                                                                                                          
    "An Act approving and ratifying the sale of royalty oil by the State                                                        
    of Alaska to Flint Hills Resources Alaska, LLC; and providing for
