The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 13,                                                           
2013, calendar (page 1180), was read the third time:                                                                            
     HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 57(EDC)                                                                                
     "An Act relating to parental involvement in education; adjusting                                                           
     pupil transportation funding; amending the time required for                                                               
     employers to give tenured teachers notification of their                                                                   
     nonretention; and providing for an effective date."                                                                        
The question being:  "Shall HCS CSSB 57(EDC) pass the House?"

HCS CSSB 57(EDC) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
