The Conference Committee considering CSHB 87(FIN) and SCS                                                                       
CSHB 87(EDC) recommends the following be adopted:                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 87                                                                                         
    "An Act relating to allocations to the special education service                                                            
    agency and extending the special education service agency; and                                                              
    providing for an effective date."
