     Insert "Higgins"                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
The sponsors are Representatives CHENAULT, Millett, Johnson,                                                                    
T. Wilson, Hawker, Olson, Feige, P. Wilson, Thompson, Keller,                                                                   
Gattis, Lynn, Saddler, and Higgins.  The bill was reprinted January 17,

Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
journal for the second legislative day as corrected and the journal for                                                         
the third legislative day and House and Senate Joint Journal                                                                    
Supplement No. 1 be approved as certified by the Chief Clerk.  There                                                            
being no objection, it was so ordered.
