Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 328(L&C) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 328(L&C) "An Act establishing the Board of Massage Therapists; relating to the licensing of massage therapists; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 328(L&C) pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
