Representative Tuck gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                               
CSHB 328(L&C) (page 2274).                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                      
reconsideration of CSHB 328(L&C) be taken up on the same day.                                                                   
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
