"In accordance with Rule 43, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, I am reporting the following manifest error in CSHB 301(HSS), which has been corrected in enrolling: Page 3, line 12: Delete "AS 18.50.280" Insert "AS 18.50.250"" HB 302 The following was enrolled, signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, President and Secretary of the Senate, and the engrossed and enrolled copies were transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 11:17 a.m., June 12, 2014: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 302(L&C) "An Act relating to rules of professional conduct for the profession of public accounting." HB 305 The following was enrolled, signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, President and Secretary of the Senate, and the engrossed and enrolled copies were transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 9:55 a.m., July 2, 2014: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 305(FIN) "An Act relating to the records of metal scrappers; repealing the requirement that a junk dealer or metal scrapper obtain a license; and providing for an effective date."
