Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Edgmon, Munoz, Holmes, Herron, Seaton, LeDoux, Millett, Chenault, P. Wilson, Tuck, and Guttenberg: Page 1, lines 10 - 11 (title amendment): Delete "relating to the school size factor for public school funding; relating to a grant for school districts;" Page 15, lines 7 - 22: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 15, line 26: Delete "sec. 21" Insert "sec. 20" Page 15, line 29: Delete "secs. 21 and 22" Insert "secs. 20 and 21"
