There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                 
amendment to CSHB 211(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 211(L&C),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHB 211(FIN)?"  The roll was taken with the

Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
notice and publication requirements be waived and the citation,                                                                 
Commemorating - Cabela's Grand Opening, April 10, 2014, be taken                                                                
up as a Special Order of Business.  There being no objection, it was so                                                         
ordered.
