Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 69(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 69(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 69(JUD)?"
