There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 63(FIN) "An Act relating to the Board of Governors of the Alaska Bar Association; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 63(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
