There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 57(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 193 Representative Gara gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 193(FIN) (page 1027). Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 193(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 193(FIN) "An Act relating to the joint administration of tobacco taxes by the state and a municipality." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 193(FIN) pass the House?"
