The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 369(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment. UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 23 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Free Conference Committee report (page 2823) on 2d CSHB 23(RLS) and SCS 2d CSHB 23(FIN) am S. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved that the House adopt the Free Conference Committee report, thus adopting the following: FREE CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 23 "An Act relating to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities; relating to the Knik Arm Bridge and Toll Authority; relating to construction of the Knik Arm bridge and appurtenant facilities; relating to toll bridge revenue bonds; establishing the Knik Arm construction fund, the toll bridge revenue fund, the toll bridge revenue bond redemption fund, and the toll bridge revenue bond reserve fund; relating to powers and duties of the state bond committee; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 21 - title change resolution) Representatives Gattis and Neuman moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote.
