Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 23                                                              
be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of adopting the                                                          
2d Rules Committee substitute (page 1086).  There being no objection,                                                           
it was so ordered.                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that 2d                                                                 
CSHB 23(RLS) be adopted in lieu of the original bill.  There being no                                                           
objection, the following was adopted:                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
    2d CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 23(RLS)                                                                                            
    "An Act creating the Knik Crossing Development Corporation as                                                               
    a subsidiary corporation of the Alaska Housing Finance                                                                      
    Corporation and relating to bonds of the Knik Crossing                                                                      
    Development Corporation."                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
2d CSHB 23(RLS) was automatically in third reading.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that 2d                                                                   
CSHB 23(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                             
of considering Amendment Nos. 1 and 2.  There being no objection, it                                                            
was so ordered.
