Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                                                         
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 267(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                
     expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                             
     program; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
267(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                                                
placed on final passage.

The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March                                                               
10, 2014, calendar (page 1816), was read the third time:                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 19(RLS)                                                                                              
     "An Act relating to permanent motor vehicle registration in the                                                            
     unorganized borough and in a municipality that has elected to                                                              
     allow permanent registration; relating to the registration fee for                                                         
     noncommercial trailers and to the motor vehicle tax for trailers;                                                          
     and providing for an effective date."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSHB 19(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                             
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
