2014-04-16 House Journal Page 2488 HB 316 Representative Olson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 316(FIN) (page 2487). 2014-04-16 House Journal Page 2489 Representative Olson moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 316(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 316(FIN) "An Act relating to workers' compensation fees for medical treatment and services; relating to workers' compensation regulations; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 316(FIN) pass the House?"
