An exemption may not be granted except upon written application for the exemption on a form prescribed by the department." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Senator Wielechowski moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator McGuire objected. Senator Wielechowski moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1.
