               Suspending Rules 47 and 55, Uniform Rules of the                                                                
           Alaska State Legislature, relating to the carry-over of                                                             
          bills to a special session.

Senator Ellis, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous                                                                
consent that SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 301 be                                                                            
taken up at this time. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 301 was read the                                                                               
second time and was before the Senate on final passage.
