Letter dated April 26 from the Division of Legislative Finance                                                                  
identifying the fiscal note included in the packet (page 2309) that                                                             
accompanied CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 285 "An                                                                            
Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of                                                             
the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and                                                                 
providing for an effective date" which was adopted by the House and

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 301, Legislative Resolve                                                                              
No. 64, Twenty-Seventh Alaska State Legislature, "A resolution                                                                  
suspending Rules 47 and 55, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                                   
Legislature, relating to the carry-over of bills to a special session,"
