The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 144(RES) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 144(RES) passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. Second Reading of Senate Resolutions SCR 2 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2 Proposing amendments to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature relating to the presiding officer pro tempore, was read the second time. Senator Wielechowski, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 276. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2(STA) was adopted and was before the Senate on final passage.
