Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without

The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 144(RES) "An                                                                   
Act requiring the Department of Natural Resources annually to deliver                                                           
to the legislature and the governor a report on fishing stream access"
