The Education Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 84 "An                                                                       
Act relating to funding for high school vocational education as a                                                               
component of funding for public schools; increasing the base student                                                            
allocation used in the public school funding formula; and providing for                                                         
an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 84(EDC) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to funding for high school vocational and                                                                    
          technical instruction as a component of funding for                                                                   
          public schools; increasing the base student allocation                                                                
          used in the public school funding formula; and
