The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 15 "An Act                                                                   
relating to penalties for certain alcohol offenses involving persons                                                            
under 21 years of age committed by a sex offender or child kidnapper"                                                           
and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 15(JUD) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to penalties for certain alcohol offenses                                                                    
          involving persons under 21 years of age committed
