The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 130 "An                                                                  
Act establishing in the Office of the Governor an advisory council for                                                          
the preservation, restoration, and revitalization of Alaska Native                                                              
languages" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
           CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 130(STA) "An Act                                                                              
           establishing the Alaska Native Language                                                                              
           Preservation and Advisory Council and relating to the                                                                
           preservation, restoration, and revitalization of Alaska
