The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 31(STA) am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendments to CSSB 31(JUD)? YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendments, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 31(STA) am H "An Act relating to the counting of write-in votes." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. Communications Report from the Commissioner of the Department of Administration dated April 13 was received stating the monetary terms for the collective bargaining agreement reached with the Public Safety Employees Association representing the Public Safety Officers Bargaining Unit in accordance with AS 23.40.215. The President referred the report to the Finance Committee.
