             Urging the United States Congress to fund fully the

RESOLUTION NO. 2 be taken up at this time. Without objection,                                                                   
SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 was before the Senate on final

The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 Urging                                                                       
the United States Congress to fund fully the essential air service
