The question being: "Shall the effective date clauses be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 18(FIN) Effective Date Clauses YEAS: 14 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Davis, Egan, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Kookesh, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wielechowski Nays: Coghill, Giessel, Huggins Absent: Dyson, McGuire, Wagoner and so, the effective date clauses were adopted and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 23 SENATE BILL NO. 23 "An Act relating to transferable film production tax credits; and providing for an effective date by amending the effective dates of secs. 3 and 4, ch. 63, SLA 2008" was read the second time. Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 700. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(FIN) "An Act relating to transferable film production tax credits and film production tax credit certificates; requiring the legislative audit division to audit the Alaska film production incentive program; and providing for an effective date by amending the effective dates of secs. 3 and 4, ch. 63, SLA 2008" was adopted. Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(FIN) was read the third time.
