Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 18(STA) am was read the third time. Second Reading of House Resolutions HJR 15 CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15(EDT) Relating to collaboration with the Yukon and the Northwest Territories through the Pacific NorthWest Economic Region and its Arctic Caucus to address common issues, was read the second time. Senator Wielechowski, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 729. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15(STA) was adopted.
