Effective Date Court Rules YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 135(FIN) "An Act relating to the rights of crime victims; relating to the duties of prosecuting attorneys; relating to the victims' advocate and to the term of office of the victims' advocate; relating to the appointment of counsel for persons accused of crimes; amending Rules 39.1 and 45, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date." Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered.
