Messages from the House Message dated March 14 was read stating the House passed and transmitted for consideration: First Reading and Reference of House Resolutions HCR 4 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 4 BY THE HOUSE RULES COMMITTEE, Proposing amendments to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature providing that the 2010 edition of "Mason's Manual of Legislative Procedure" shall implement the rules; and providing for an effective date for the amendments. was read the first time and held on the Secretary's desk. Standing Committee Reports SB 9 The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 9 "An Act relating to compulsory school attendance; and relating to the crime of contributing to the delinquency of a minor."
