The following fiscal information was published today from the Senate Rules Committee: Fiscal Note No. 5, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities 2012-04-15 Senate Journal Page 2317 Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2228. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 246(FIN) "An Act naming a certain bypass road and certain bridges and airports" was adopted. Senator Kookesh offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, lines 3 - 4: Delete all material and insert: "Sec. 35.40.350. Klawock-Frank Peratrovich Airport. The state-owned airport at Klawock, known as the Klawock Airport, is named the Klawock-Frank Peratrovich Airport." Senator Kookesh moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
