Full Journal pdf2012-04-14 House Journal Page 2419 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 135(FIN) "An Act relating to the rights of crime victims; relating to the duties of prosecuting attorneys; relating to the victims' advocate and to the term of office of the victims' advocate; relating to the appointment of counsel for persons accused of crimes; amending Rules 39.1 and 45, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date." (HCR 29 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Thompson: Page 4, line 17, following "felony, a": Insert "cumulative" Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
