                       MESSAGES FROM THE GOVERNOR                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The following Governor's supplemental proclamation dated April 25,                                                              
2012, which amends the proclamation dated April 16 (page 2569),                                                                 
with an accompanying transmittal letter, was read:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
"Under the authority of Article II, Section 9, and Article III, Section                                                         
17 of the Alaska Constitution, and in the public interest, I am                                                                 
amending my April 16, 2012, proclamation calling the Twenty-                                                                    
Seventh Legislature of the State of Alaska into its third special session                                                       
at Juneau, Alaska, on April 18, 2012, as follows:                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    I am withdrawing from the call the following subject:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    (1)  relating to oil and gas production taxes.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
This proclamation supplements my proclamation of April 16, 2012.
