Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 360, and reconsideration was taken up then. THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 190 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 6, 2012, calendar (page 2241), was read the third time: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 190(FIN) "An Act relating to allowable absences from the state for purposes of eligibility for permanent fund dividends; and providing for an effective date."
