Full Journal pdf2012-04-14 House Journal Page 2439 HB 316 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2412) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 316 "An Act relating to military facility zones in the state; relating to the development of housing in military facility zones; relating to the financing of projects in military facility zones; and providing for an effective date." and HOUSE BILL NO. 316 am S (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 316, thus adopting HB 316 am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 316?"
