Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the House consider the Senate message (page 2543) on the following:                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 279(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act extending the termination dates of the Board of Nursing,                                                           
     the Board of Dental Examiners, the Board of Barbers and                                                                    
     Hairdressers, the Big Game Commercial Services Board, the                                                                  
     Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, and the Alaska Seismic                                                                   
     Hazards Safety Commission; and providing for an effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                              
amendment to CSHB 279(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 279(FIN)                                                                     
am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.
