Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Engrossment of HCS CSSB 160(FIN) am H was waived (page 2480). It was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and transmitted to the Senate with copies of certified amendments attached. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to: MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 121 A message dated April 15, 2012, was read stating the Senate passed: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 121(RLS) "An Act establishing the commercial charter fisheries revolving loan fund, the mariculture revolving loan fund, and the Alaska microloan revolving loan fund and relating to those funds and loans from those funds; and providing for an effective date." with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 121(FIN) "An Act relating to certain commercial fishing loans and to loans for the purchase of fishing quota shares by certain community quota entities and establishing the commercial charter fisheries revolving loan fund, the mariculture revolving loan fund, and the Alaska microloan revolving loan fund and relating to those funds and loans from those funds; and providing for an effective date."
