The time will come when we will be faced with decisions that far exceed those that have been deliberated during the past session. May we seize these precious moments you have given us and use them for the purpose you have intended so that our thoughts, comments, and decisions will be individual, yes, but also as from a united body-from a diverse but cohesive body, as a coordinated and effective body, that we may see that we are not burdened with time to kill but gifted with time to grow and mature through our relationships with each other.
