Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 7(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 7(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 7(JUD)?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 7(JUD) Concur YEAS: 26 NAYS: 14 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Cissna, Dick, Edgmon, Feige, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Hawker, Holmes, Johansen, Johnson, Joule, Kawasaki, Kerttula, Miller, Munoz, Olson, Petersen, Saddler, Seaton, Thomas, Thompson, Tuck Nays: Chenault, Costello, Doogan, Fairclough, Gatto, Herron, Keller, Lynn, Millett, Neuman, Pruitt, Stoltze, P.Wilson, T.Wilson P.Wilson changed from "Yea" to "Nay".
