2012-04-09 House Journal Page 2282 HB 360 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 360 "An Act enacting the Interstate Mining Compact and relating to the compact; relating to the Interstate Mining Commission; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page RES RPT 5DP 1982 FN1: (DNR) 1982 FIN RPT 5DP 5NR 2236 FN2: (H.FIN/DNR) 2237 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 360 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 360 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HB 360 pass the House?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 360, and reconsideration was taken up then.
