Unfinished Business SR 11 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to take up SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 11, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2209). Without objection, the resolution was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 11 Relating to the mining and processing of rare earth elements in Alaska and to the stockpiling of rare earth elements; and urging the United States Congress to pass H.R. 4866, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SR 11 Final Passage YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 11 passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment and enrollment. SR 12 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to take up SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 12, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2267). Without objection, SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 12 Urging the United States Department of Energy to expeditiously approve a two-year extension of the export license for the Kenai liquid natural gas plant, was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage.
