RESOLUTION NO. 2 Urging the United States Congress to establish                                                                 
a federal program to rebuild student access to public higher education                                                          
in Alaska and elsewhere and to appropriate sufficient funding for that                                                          
purpose. Signing do pass: Senator Davis, Vice Chair; Senator Stevens.
