Memorandum from the Division of Legal and Research Services, Legislative Affairs Agency, reporting the following manifest errors in SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10 which have been corrected in enrolling: Page 2, line 2: Delete "regards" Insert "regard" Page 2, line 4: Delete the second occurrence of "and" SJR 16 CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16(RES) Expressing support for responsible development of the oil and gas resources in federal waters offshore of Alaska's coast as a means to ensure energy independence, security for the nation, and jobs for Alaskans; and urging the United States Congress to provide a means for consistently sharing with all coastal energy-producing states, on an ongoing basis, revenue generated from oil and gas development on the outer continental shelf, to ensure that those states develop, support, and maintain necessary infrastructure and preserve environmental integrity, was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 1:10 p.m., May 21, 2009.
