The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                                                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 19 "An Act relating to complaints concerning                                                                    
peace officers and village public safety officers and to notification to                                                        
persons filing complaints concerning peace officers and village public                                                          
safety officers" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
            CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 19(CRA) "An Act                                                                              
            relating to complaints concerning peace officers and                                                                
            to notification to persons filing complaints
