Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                                                
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 228 "An Act providing for an                                                                       
industrial incentive investment tax credit and including a gas-to-                                                              
liquids facility as an eligible investment; and providing for a                                                                 
production tax limit on gas used as a raw material for producing                                                                
liquids or petrochemicals from gas in the state." Without objection, it
