Senator Kookesh, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Transportation Committee Substitute offered on page 447. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 51(TRA) was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 51(TRA) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 51(TRA) "An Act relating to the installation of window tinting in automobiles" pass the Senate?" SB 133 SENATE BILL NO. 133 "An Act creating a statewide electronic health information exchange system; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.
