The reconsideration on HOUSE BILL NO. 104 "An Act adjusting                                                                     
certain fees for treatment or services under the Alaska Workers'

providing for an effective date" was not taken up this legislative day                                                          
and the bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to

authority for the commissioner of revenue to enter into a bond                                                                  
purchase agreement and letter of credit with the Alaska Student Loan                                                            
Corporation; and providing for an effective date" for the Education                                                             
Committee meeting on March 18. Without objection, it was so                                                                     
ordered.
