Second Reading of House Bills HB 306 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 306(RES) be moved to the top of the calendar. Without objection, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 306(RES) "An Act declaring a state energy policy" was read the second time. Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2432. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 306(FIN) was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
