traumatic brain injury program and registry within the Department of                                                            
Health and Social Services; and relating to medical assistance                                                                  
coverage for traumatic brain injury services." Without objection, it

cross sponsor on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 161(FIN) "An Act                                                                         
directing the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation to transfer                                                                     
$22,700,000 from the principal of the mental health trust fund to a                                                             
separate trust land development account; relating to the development                                                            
of revenue-producing facilities on mental health trust land and to the                                                          
Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority Subport Office Building;                                                                   
authorizing the issuance of certificates of participation for construction                                                      
of the building; approving leases of all or part of the building by the                                                         
Department of Administration; authorizing the Alaska Housing                                                                    
Finance Corporation to acquire the building that it occupies for an                                                             
amount that does not exceed $14,500,000; and providing for an
