HB 139                                                                                                                        
HOUSE BILL NO. 139 "An Act providing for an exception to allow                                                                  
drivers of public utility motor vehicles to operate those vehicles with                                                         
certain screen devices operating and visible to the drivers" was read                                                           
the second time.                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
