And so, SCR 10 passed the House, was signed by the Speaker and

                       CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
HB 172                                                                                                                        
Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
House consider the Senate message (page 1083) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 172(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to an investment in the education loan fund;                                                               
    relating to authority for the commissioner of revenue to enter into                                                         
    a bond purchase agreement and letter of credit with the Alaska                                                              
     Student Loan Corporation; and providing for an effective date."

    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 172(FIN)                                                                                
    "An Act relating to an investment in the education loan fund;                                                               
    relating to authority for the commissioner of revenue to enter into                                                         
    a bond purchase agreement and letter of credit with the Alaska                                                              
    Student Loan Corporation; relating to a proposal for a program                                                              
    under which the state repays loans to students for costs of

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                               
amendment to CSHB 172(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 172(FIN),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate
